Section 9 – Your Customer Account (Sign-In and the Portal)

We offer an optional customer account that lets you sign in to view your orders, track deliveries, reorder, and manage your saved addresses, wishlist, and support requests. Creating and using an account is not required to shop with us.

How you sign in

You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent to that number. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google. Your mobile number is used to verify your identity and to securely link your account to your orders.

What your account stores

To provide your account, we store:

• A copy of your orders and their delivery tracking, so your account can display them quickly
• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your wishlist
• Any support issues or requests you raise through your account
• A non-sensitive payment record for each order (order reference, amount, status, payment mode, and bank reference)

We never store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payments are handled by our payment partner as described in the Payment section above.

Section 10 – Where Your Account Data Is Stored and How Long We Keep It

Where it is stored

Your order and transaction details are stored in Shopify. Your customer account data described in Section 9 is stored in Google Firebase. For deliveries, your name, address, and phone number are shared with our courier partner (Delhivery) solely to deliver your order and provide tracking.

How long we keep it

• Orders and payment records: up to 8 years, to meet applicable tax and accounting requirements
• Delivery scan history: up to 1 year
• Temporary records such as incomplete checkouts and system sync logs: between 7 and 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically

Requesting deletion of your account data

You can view and edit your name, email, and saved addresses at any time from your account. You may request deletion of your account data from Account → Help → “Request data deletion”, or by emailing care@riddhisiddhiorganic.com. We will action your request subject to information we are required to retain by law (for example, completed-order and tax records for the retention periods above).
