Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. International shipping may be available on request, subject to feasibility and additional charges.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes *3–5 business days*, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics delays.

Shipping Charges

* Standard shipping charges may apply based on your location and order value.

* *An additional ₹100 charge will be applied for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.*

* We recommend prepaid orders to avoid extra COD charges and ensure faster processing.

Order Processing & Cancellation

Riddhi Siddhi Organic Farm reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order within *48 hours of placement*, at its sole discretion. In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be cancelled.

Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are managed by them. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
